Senate Continues Debate, Vote Tonight Or Noon Tomorrow

The Senate has been debating all afternoon and evening on the debt ceiling, with a cloture vote scheduled on the Reid amendment which could come as late as 1 a.m.

NBC's Chuck Todd had this via Twitter, however, on the vote being delayed till tomorrow: "Some chatter in Senate Reid may decide to delay cloture vote until noon tomorrow to give talks more time for both HIS bill and WH-McConnell."

Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer, who just spoke on the Senate floor, says the current debt situation isn't a crisis.
