Former DNC Chair: 'Major Problem' Dems Haven't Passed 2012 Budget

Former DNC chairman Tim Kaine (and now candidate for a U.S. Senate seat in Virginia) said on CNBC today that he doesn't disagree that it's a 'major problem' that there's no budget from Senate Democrats, reports The Hill.

"I don't disagree with you that the absence of a budget is a major problem," Kaine said.

It has now been 775 days since the Senate passed a budget.

How can Democrats talk with any credence about the country's fiscal situation when they can't even create a budget their own party can agree on?
