The audacity to think this is racial shows that race in America can never be beyond us. I have called the White House on five different occasions asking for a quote on the historic nature of having a black man, Michael Steele, elected chair of one of our political parties only to NEVER have my called me back with a quote. Not even a low level communications person, no one. So am I to think that the White House is racist for not wanting to praise the election of Michael Steele?

To me, if it representing Obama, it would be a bigger outrage that he was shot and how that is overlooked is beyond me.
