House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes's memo on FBI surveillance abuses has been released. The most incriminating detail in the document, compiled by the House committee, is how the FBI reportedly used the infamous Fusion GPS dossier about Donald Trump and Russia to obtain a FISA warrant on members of the Trump campaign, including former foreign policy adviser Carter Page, during the 2016 presidential election.

Before the memo was declassified, the FBI issued a rare public statement noting it had "grave concerns" about the document. Democrats balked too, accusing Nunes and other Republicans of using the memo to try and upend special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian collusion and to impugn the FBI's integrity.
President Trump, after reading the memo, said "a lot of people should be ashamed."
