More Emails Mean More Questions About Clinton Foundation's Ties to the State Department

A new crop of Hillary Clinton emails raises more questions about the Clinton Foundation’s relationship to the State Department. The legal group Judicial Watch released 296 pages of emails as part of a lawsuit against the agency. Some of the obtained messages suggest the Clinton Foundation was seeking special favors while the current Democratic nominee was serving as secretary of state.

In one instance, top Clinton Foundation official Doug Band lobbied Clinton aides for a job for someone else in the State Department. In the email, Band tells Hillary Clinton's former aides at the department -- Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin -- that it is "important to take care of (redacted)." Band is reassured by Abedin that "Personnel has been sending him options."

The Trump campaign has used these new emails to paint the narrative that Clinton is only serving in politics for her own “personal enrichment.”

"This is yet more evidence that Hillary Clinton lacks the judgment, character, stability and temperament to be within 1,000 miles of public power," said Stephen Miller, Trump's national policy director.

Even MSNBC panelists slammed the apparent unlawful link between the Foundation donors and the State Department.

“They believe ends justify the means,” said journalist Ron Fournier. “They have undermined their entire credibility and maybe her presidential campaign with this kind of behavior.”

Corruption seems to follow the Clintons with every email they send.
