"Civility" Only For One Side?

Now will President Obama -- who has made a speech about the importance of civility in public discourse (despite repeatedly and egregiously falling short personally in this regard) -- do the same with regard to the noxious Bill Maher?

Or do his calls for "civility" apply only when they are politically advantageous?
