A Telling Exchange

Any exchange that ends with one of the candidates begging for a truce -- as Gingrich just did -- is a winner for the other guy, I.e. Romney.  It is weird that Gingrich complained earlier about Romney's ad wherein Gingrich called Spanish "the language of the ghetto;" it hurt Romney that he didn't know his own ads -- but it hurt Gingrich worse that he actually SAID it ... and on YouTube.

And by complaining about it (and Romney's seeming uncertainty) Gingrich just ensured that tons of people have checked out the clips tonight, and they'll get tons of free media in days to come.
