Amazing how low the politics of "hope and change" can go . . .

With everyone hating the agenda they have foisted on America, the President and Democrats are reduced to trying to get them to hate Republicans, instead. And so, as if on cue, they are busily trashing

John Boehner and Sarah Palin in a last-ditch effort to save their bacon through the use of demonization and division.

Can you imagine the outcry had President Bush run around the country stirring up fear and dislike of Nancy Pelosi in 2006? Here, the press just reports the tactic as another strategy story (and Obama lapdogs like the New York Times and Bob Schieffer do their part to help the strategy along).

Absolutely remarkable.
