Smile When Your Heart is Breaking

Hillary Clinton has a lot of practice putting a smiling face on failure.  That's a good thing -- because she's needing to do it a lot as the front person for Obama's foreign policy.

Most recently, she has been insisting she didn't even ask for Russian help on sanctions -- and that therefore it's no big deal that Russia doesn't even want to support enhanced sanctions on Iran.

Please.  Don't spit on our legs and tell us it's raining.  If the Russians were willing to support sanctions on Iran, Secretary of State Clinton and her boss would be busily insisting that the agreement was the "fruit" of their international diplomacy.  In fact, Russia is refusing to help the US in any way with Iran, even after President Obama threw the Czechs and Poles to the wolves in order to please Russia.

And all that reciprocity from Russia the Administration hoped for when it comes to supporting sanctions on Iran?  Nowhere to be found.
