Law professor Richard Epstein -- an erstwhile colleague of the President's at the University of Chicago -- writes in Forbes about the Didden case, which came before a judicial panel that included Judge Sotomayor. The case is a travesty, in which the panel essentially okayed extortion under the guise of eminent domain.
