BREAKING: Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith Wins Re-Election in Mississippi Runoff Election

Republican Cindy Hyde-Smith was appointed to fill Sen. Thad Cochran who retired earlier this year. She faced off in a special election against Democratic former Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy.
