Barack Obama is always asked what programs he would cut. He always says he would go through the"federal budget line by line" and never answers the question.

McCain is always great. He says he would enact across the board spending freezes. Slash earmarks and cut all kinds of other stuff. Tonight he adds the line "Some people say that's a hatchet and then I would get out the scalpel."
Obama says he only wants teeny little scalpels.
I'VE SEEN THIS MOVIE BEFORE. Can the moderators EVER get a little more aggressive and make Obama answer this thing?
