'Great Lovers' - President Sounds off on Comey's 'Minions'

President Donald J. Trump was busy again Saturday morning speaking directly to his fans and detractors via Twitter. After praising his supporters, the commander-in-chief alleged that the sordid nature of the FBI under former Director James Comey will mark a "dark and dangerous period in American history."

First, President Trump tweeted, that his voters are "the smartest, strongest, most hard working and most loyal that we have seen in our countries (sic) history."

Then, President Trump slammed the FBI including the "great lovers," Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. Referring to the Mueller investigation, he stated the high-ranking FBI agent and former FBI attorney "started the disgraceful Witch Hunt against so many innocent people."

As Guy wrote earlier in the week, the recent text messages between Strzok and Page revealed during the Inspector General Report regarding the FBI during the 2016 elections are point of serious concern. (Via Guy):

"Their private texts have been the subject of intense scrutiny, not only because of the clues their messages hold regarding the progress of their work (particularly on the Russia matter), but also because of the intense anti-Trump animus they've exposed.  Much has been made of the infamous "insurance policy" comment, and now the newly-released Inspector General report reveals another stunner -- adding important context to the 'insurance' sentiment.  Don't let anyone spin this away as something other than serious and troubling."

President Trump loves to tweet to speak his mind to the public. He currently has no public plans for the weekend, which means we could see a lot more thoughts from POTUS today and tomorrow.
