Stripped of His Security Clearance John Brennan Doubles Down on the Resistance: I Will Not Relent

On Wednesday President Trump officially pulled the security clearance still held by former CIA director John Brennan. Brennan responded to the move on Twitter within hours of the announcement.

In July, Brennan called President Trump a traitor. 

In recent days, Brennan has issued regular defenses of former White House staff Omarosa, who secretly recorded Chief of Staff John Kelly in the Situation Room.

During the daily briefing at the White House Wednesday afternoon, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said President Trump is looking to revoke the clearances of a number of former intelligence and law enforcement officials.
