Trump has been blaming the Freedom Caucus for the failure of the American Health Care Act last week, despite nearly two dozen moderate Republicans also publicly opposing the bill.

Labrador was specifically referring to the 2016 presidential race when Speaker Paul Ryan disinvited Trump to a Wisconsin rally. Ryan made the decision after lewd comments made by the candidate surfaced in an old Access Hollywood tape. Members of the Freedom Caucus condemned Ryan for doing so.

Jordan, Amash and Labrador are being heavily praised by constituents in their home districts for opposing the healthcare legislation.
