John Kelly Sworn in as Chief of Staff

Former Department of Homeland Security John Kelly was sworn in as the new White House Chief of Staff on Monday morning. President Donald Trump announced that Kelly would replace Reince Priebus as Chief of Staff late Friday afternoon, surprising many people.

Priebus resigned from his position last Thursday, but this wasn't announced until Friday. 

President Donald Trump said that Gen. Kelly would do a "spectacular job" in his new role. Trump also praised Kelly's past work in his post at Homeland Security.
