Dr. Ben Carson seems to be one of few people who doesn’t believe Hillary Clinton is going to be the Democratic nominee. At Thursday’s first 2016 GOP debate in Cleveland, OH, the former neurosurgeon expressed his doubt over Clinton's nomination, yet suggested it would be most welcome.
