Did You Catch This Massive Mistake in the Latest 'Game of Thrones' Episode?

HBO via AP

If you were watching "Game of Thrones" closely last night - I mean really closely - then you noticed something a little out of place. Zoom in on one particular scene and you'll see a nice big, steaming cup of Starbucks. Yes, you read that right. Daenerys just had to have her latte before she hopped back on her dragon.

Fans were irate, wondering how such an otherwise immaculately filmed show could make such an obvious blunder. I mean, I guess there could be a modern java shop in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, but I doubt it.

This isn't the first time a massively popular show has had an embarrassing bout of anachronism. In a 2014 promotional photo posted on Instagram for "Downton Abbey" featuring two of its stars, a member of the cast or crew accidentally left a plastic water bottle on the mantle.

They had some fun with the blooper, at least.

Hopefully the GoT cast won't take itself too seriously and provide a fun photo shoot too.
