The Stones's recent tour, "No Filter," which was scheduled to begin April 20, had planned to make stops in the U.S. and Canada.

Despite the diagnosis, Jagger was spotted in good spirits on Sunday, playing with his children on a beach in Miami.

His bandmates supported their friend on Twitter.

Jagger apologized to fans but said he hoped to be up on stage again soon.
