'The Undecided': New ABC News/WaPost survey has Palin in 2nd Place

During the process of promoting my new book, “The Quotable Rogue: The Ideals of Sarah Palin In Her Own Words,” I have often been asked the following question(s): Will Sarah Palin run — and if she does run — can she actually win?

My answer is always the same: I’m not sure if she will run, but yes, she could win.

This is almost always met with incredulity.
