If You Ain't Racist You Ain't a Democratic Presidential Candidate

These words, spoken at the end of a “tense interview with Charlamagne tha God on ‘The Breakfast Club’,” were the latest in a long line of racist gaffes in Joe Biden’s political career. Luckily for Biden, he is a Democrat and is therefore not subject to the same condemnation and outrage which would – quite correctly – be unleashed upon a Republican if they said the same thing. Just imagine the apocalyptic response if Donald Trump stated that “if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Biden, then you ain’t white...”

For those paying attention, this isn’t the first abjectly racist statement to slip through the bumbling lips of Joe Biden. For example, last August he declared that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.” Fortunately, the Democratic Party’s finely-tuned sensitivity to racism has a tendency to suffer from short term memory loss when politically convenient.

With that in mind, it is certain that this latest bizarre, foolish, and obviously racist statement by Joe Biden will soon be swept aside and forgotten. While the Left will attempt to deflect and distract, we should loudly celebrate that the Democrats finally have a presidential candidate who is happy to unveil the deep and repulsive layers of racism which form their very foundation.

The fundamental falsehood promulgated by the Democratic Party is that they are the party of “racial justice,” providing a platform of equality and tolerance in the face of the supposedly indisputable bigotry of the American Right. Supported by a willing mainstream media and a complicit education system, they are able to ignore all that is inconvenient, such as the fact that the early Democratic Party opposed the abolition of slavery, that the Ku Klux Klan “was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic party,” or that Democratic President Lyndon B. Johnson reportedly called the 1957 Civil Rights Act the “n***** bill.”

While the modern Democratic Party may no longer be the party of slavery or white supremacy, the despicable racism of Lyndon B. Johnson is alive and well to this day. They may not use the same vulgar language, but the underlying attitudes are completely unchanged. With his words, Joe Biden provided indisputable evidence that the Democrats do not see members of minority communities as individuals with their own goals, dreams, or desires. For the Democrats, they are nothing other than reliable voting blocks, deceived into believing that the Democrats are their one savior from the horrors of America’s bigoted past. The fact that the Democrats were almost entirely responsible for this past is an insignificant detail.

Joe Biden claimed that his racist comment to Charlamagne tha God was simply a joke made in poor taste. Presumably, Biden thought that “it’s funny because it’s true.” Political loyalty is precisely how Democrats judge and distribute “valid” memberships to minority groups. The only true “blacks, Hispanics, women, Jews, or members of the LGBT community” are those who support the Democrats and their policies. If any individual member of these identity groups dares to choose a different path, then they no longer serve their purpose. Indeed, they stand as a threat to the Democratic Party, potentially allowing other individuals to notice that they have an alternative to the Democratic Party’s extortionate promise of “protection,” and that many minority communities are in fact kept in a perpetual state of poverty and misery by “progressive” policies which intentionally shackle them with false beliefs of victimhood.

That is why the Left acts with such vicious rage when their true nature is revealed. That is why the Left shamelessly promotes the flawed ideology of identity politics, hijacking the concept of community loyalty for their own cynical aims. Finally, that is why the Left pander to these communities in the lead up to every election – Joe Biden has vowed to pick a woman as his running mate – while continuing to fail them as soon as they have achieved their goals.

This is not to say that racism does not exist on both sides of the political spectrum. To argue otherwise would be obviously incorrect. However, the difference is that the Democrats stand on the shoulders of minorities while presenting them as victims for whom their radical policies are their only salvation. For them, minority communities are a means to a political end. Joe Biden may be a racist, but we should thank him. After all, he has shown that he is the perfect representative for the Democratic Party: a racist leader of a racist party.
