The Senate voted 61-30 Monday night to move forward on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. The bill would outlaw workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. ENDA now moves to the House, where Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said it is unlikely to get support.
