Representatives Explain Why They Didn't Read the Entire Farm Bill
In a 251-166 vote the House approved a nearly one trillion dollar Farm Bill Wednesday. At almost 1,000 pages in length, reporter Patrick Terpstra asked Representatives if they were able to read the entire bill.
