Colorado Attorney General John Suthers sued an Aurora store for allegedly selling a synthetic drug known as "spice." Twelve hundred packages of spice were reportedly recovered by investigators. The false labeling stated the drug was legal. More than 200 people in the Denver area went to the emergency room last year after using the drug.
