Democrat Fundraiser Gets 12 Years in the Slammer

Bill Clinton's former campaign finance chairman, Hassan Nemazee, was sentenced in federal court today for three counts of bank fraud and one count of wire fraud.

According to the AP, Nemazee is a "wealthy Manhattan investment banker" who was once a top fundraiser for Bill & Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and other big-name Democrats. 

With his plea deal, Nemazee is looking at 12 years in prison.
