Authorities already know that the protests in both Cleveland and Philadelphia are going to be completely out of control as Black Lives Matter, Code Pink and a myriad of other insane-to-the-membrane leftist groups protest various political issues.

It is almost as if Cleveland wants chaos. They have relaxed restrictions on the time, place and manner of protests. Additionally, authorities have extended the deadline to submit a permit to protest. #TotalDisaster
