Biography
Kenneth A. “Ken” Klukowski is a national-bestselling author and a Washington, D.C.-based lawyer, consultant, and journalist, specializing in the Constitution. He is special counsel at the Family Research Council, where he serves as director of the Center for Religious Liberty, a fellow and senior analyst with the American Civil Rights Union, and a research fellow with Liberty University School of Law. He is the U.S. Supreme Court correspondent for Townhall.com and is a contributor to BigGovernment.com and Fox Forum, the opinion page for Fox News. Klukowski has written briefs on constitutional issues in federal courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. A lecturer at law schools across America, his scholarly writings have been published by respected legal journals from law schools such as Georgetown and Yale. As an attorney he has written briefs in constitutional cases to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal appeals courts. His columns have been published in Politico, the New York Post, the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, and the Wall Street Journal, among numerous other outlets, and he speaks on legal, political, and public policy issues. He is the coauthor of the national bestselling book The Blueprint: Obama’s Plan to Subvert the Constitution and Build an Imperial Presidency. A native of Indiana, he lives in the Virginia suburbs of D.C. with his wife and children.
