Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has practically trademarked the name "Sheriff Joe" for years, but since President Obama took office with Vice President Joe Biden by his side, Obama has been calling Biden "Sheriff Joe," when referring to his duties to oversee the failed stimulus program and the new Campaign to Cut Waste because "nobody messes with Joe."
