MSNBC Reporter Says Obama's Climate Deal is "Designed to Stop" Storms like Hurricane Matthew

Modern day science is moving at such a progressive rate these days that it is hard for the average mind to keep up.

Rest assured, MSNBC reporter Ron Allen enlightened viewers on modern science during his Wednesday coverage of Barack Obama's climate deal update.

Speaking live on MSNBC to host Kate Snow, Allen praised Obama for his deep beliefs "in protecting the environment” and that the deal marks “one of the most significant aspects of his legacy.”

Allen was glamoured by Obama's ability to give the speech at such a crucial time in catastrophic weather history.

"It’s very interesting that this is happening a day when there’s a hurricane bearing down on the United States and in the Caribbean because these severe storms, beach erosions, intense weather episodes that we’ve had is perhaps the most practical sample of what the president was talking about as the threat that the planet faces," he said.  "This is what this whole climate agreement... is designed to stop."
