According to The Washington Post, Stephen Miller, a top aide to Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), has joined Donald Trump and his campaign for president.  This comes after weeks of Trump's campaign opening up a more established relationship with the Republican party.

Stephen Miller, a trusted aide to Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, will join Donald Trump’s presidential campaign on Wednesday, serving as a senior policy adviser to the Republican front-runner.

Hope Hicks, a spokesman for Trump, confirmed Miller’s move on Monday.

This is not the first time that Sen. Sessions and Trump have made connections.  In August of last year, Sessions made a special appearance on stage with Trump at a campaign event in Mobile, Alabama which was attended by nearly 30,000 people.
