Is Herman Cain Making a Comeback?

After a disappointing showing from Rick Perry in Thursday night's Fox/Google debate, supporters are rallying around Herman Cain. He won the Florida Straw Poll, with 37% of the vote. Trailing behind are Rick Perry at 15%, followed by Romney at 14%.

Perry's campaign was counting on this straw poll, so it is a big blow to them, no doubt. Mitt Romney chose to skip it, but only polled one percentage point below his competitor.

Update: Matt Gaetz, a Florida state representative, tweets that the Romney campaign asked his delegates to vote for Herman Cain. Ah, the classiness of politics.
