TIME magazine's like Obama, you may be attracted to their advertisement, but despise what you are sold.

Based on TIME's cover photo with Reagan's arm draped over a cheeky Obama as the title reads, "Why Obama 'Hearts' Reagan," you would think this issue were about the similarities between the two presidents. Nope.
