Iran intends to limit visas awarded to American tourists, according to the Associated Press.
"Iran, to defend the dignity of the great Iranian nation, will implement the principle of reciprocity until the removal of the insulting restriction against Iranian nationals," the Iranian foreign ministry said in a statement.
Immediately following Trump's executive order signature, visitors from Muslim-majority countries have been detained both on their way to the States and upon arrival. Protests have erupted outside of John F. Kennedy airport in New York City, where two Iraqi men were being held.
