Jill Stein Brings Recount Effort to Michigan

Green Party nominee Jill Stein is continuing her one-woman crusade to prove Donald Trump did not win the White House fair and square. She has already filed recounts in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, insisting faulty machines are to blame for Trump's narrow victories. Now, she has set her sights on another swing state.

“The people of Michigan and all Americans deserve a voting system we can trust,” Stein said in a statement on Wednesday as she filed for a recount.

Trump was officially awarded Michigan on Monday.

Stein may believe she's doing the country a great service, but her obsessive recount campaign is doing Americans no favors. On the contrary, it could make them $12 million poorer.
