Donald Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Destroyed

Since Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president, his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been repeatedly vandalized. While most of the earlier vandalism was easily fixed, early on Wednesday morning a man took a sledgehammer to the star and completely destroyed it.

According to Deadline, a man identified as Jamie Otis dressed as a construction worker and smashed the star with a pickax and a sledgehammer. He originally intended on selling the star, with proceeds going to the women who claim they were assaulted by Trump. The star was not removed and is still embedded in the ground.

This is believed to be the first time a star has been destroyed in an act of vandalism.
