Obama Regs Await Post-Election "Flexibility"

The Washington Post reports that the Obama administration has delayed enforcing a whole bevy of new regulations until after the election -- because it's feared that the regs will both be unpopular and cost jobs.

Of course, if Obama wins re-election, he'll have . . ."more flexibility" to impose the regs in the future.
