My brother is living in UK, according to him the british government are so afraid with Muslim population in their country, they'd do anything to appease them even if it means putting their own national security at risk. Like Denise I feel for the British people and the rest of Europe too. While we broke away from them we still maintain close political, cultural, and economic ties.

But they have turned their backs on their heritage and have for the most part become afraid to take on the Muslims. While diplomacy has its place I don't believe that in the long run they can be placated.

I work with a white Englishman who is about as liberal as can be. He derides Christianity but will defend Islam and other faiths although he claims to be an agnostic and feels all religion is a waste of time.
