The Left's Violent, Anti-Christian Hate Strikes Again

This week, the halls of The Covenant Christian School were filled with terror when a transgender former student broke into the building and murdered six innocent people. Three were children. Three were adults who lost their lives trying to protect them.

By default, the attack was a hate crime. If it happened at a synagogue or a mosque, there would be zero hesitancy to call it that or to classify it as such. And yet, Attorney General Merrick Garland isn't willing to go there and is feigning ignorance about a possible motive.

"As of now, a motive hasn't been identified," Garland said. "Motive is what determines whether it's a hate crime or not."

When President Joe Biden was asked about the hate crime classification, he literally laughed out loud and made a joke.

"I don't know," he said, walking away and smirking.

This is ugly. The facts of the situation are ugly, and the left's anti-Christian bigotry has reared its ugly head once again.

Earlier this month, actress and leftist activist Jane Fonda went on "The View" to declare pro-life Americans, many of whom are devout Christians, should be murdered in the aftermath of abortion law being returned to the states.

"Murder," Fonda said to a cast of cackling co-hosts.

"Murder," she said again when asked to clarify her remarks, turning down the opportunity to say she was joking.

For nearly a year, dozens of faith-based pro-life pregnancy centers across the country have been firebombed. Few arrests have been made, and the DOJ's excuse for a lack of prosecutions is supposedly because the crimes happen in the dark.

"Those who are attacking the pregnancy resource centers, they are doing this at night," Garland said during recent testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Now, in the aftermath of the killings at The Covenant School, the White House has managed to turn the criminal who carried out the horrific scene and the trans community into the victims.

"Our hearts go out to the trans community, as they are under attack right now," White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said from the daily briefing on Thursday.

Their friends in the media also piled on, running a number of stories about how the Christian school and the killer's parents didn't "accept" her transition from biological female to identifying as he/him. You see, trans activists, and by default, the trans Nashville killer, are the real victims here, and Christian values are to blame.

"Shortly after news broke Monday of a fatal shooting at a private Christian Nashville elementary school, police said the suspect was transgender. This detail, according to trans people in the state, has poured fuel on an already combustive environment that has led many of them to fear for their safety," NBC News published. "Fear pervades Tennessee's trans community amid focus on Nashville shooter's gender identity, 'We were already fearing for our lives. Now, it's even worse."

"When Nashville police announced that the shooter who killed three children and three adults at a school this week was transgender, trans Tennesseans braced themselves for renewed vitriol in a state that has recently proposed a raft of anti-trans laws," Reuters added.

The left moved with rapid speed to reallocate victimhood where they believe it belongs – not with the true victims of a heinous crime, but with the attacker and a trans community justifying the attack. It's sickening anti-Christian bigotry the Biden administration and the political left are happy to help perpetuate to further their agenda.
