Anthony Bellotti is the president and founder of White Coat Waste Project, a taxpayer watchdog group dedicated to ending $15 billion in wasteful taxpayer-funded animal experimentation. Previously, Bellotti was a political consultant on Republican candidate and issue campaigns.
