The De Facto Slavery of the American People

What was the biggest suprise of Election Day?

On New Year's Day of 1863, the first Republican Party President, Abraham Lincoln, with the stroke of his pen signed the historic Emancipation Proclamation. Only someone totally devoid of an education does not know how that document changed the course of history for an entire race of people, an entire nation and an entire culture. In essence, it ended the horrors of slavery. It ended the owning of members of one race by members of another race.

Unfortunately, too many citizens do not recognize the revival of slavery, albeit more refined and less obvious enslavement. And, sadly, today more and more Americans are willing to give up certain freedoms in return for the promise of government largesse. And most of these citizens don't even realize what they're doing, because the news media are failing to perform their role as purveyors of truth and accuracy.

Enslavement will not come with a bang, but with a slow, relentless whimper. Each day, each week, each month, each year brings us closer to a state of de facto slavery as a result of greed disguised as "civil rights."

Ask most Americans and they will tell you that food, clothing, shelter and other necessities are "rights." Surely, they are necessities, but they are not rights that need to be provided by an omnipotent government.

And even when warranted, government charity has a way of morphing into government nightmares.

For example, part of President Lyndon Baines Johnson's "Great Society" poured billions of taxpayer dollars into a program that did more damage to the American family than any other handout. While the government paid women who bore children a monthly allowance based on the number of children in the household, it did not understand that the way the program's requirements were structured, millions of men left the home and in fact decided that the need for marriage was trumped by the need -- or desire -- for "free" money. Yes Master
Two words we should all know. The only two words for that matter. So far we are the compliant being shackled for use by yet another Master Race. Berlin replaced by Washington D.C..
The Great Leader has just offered a cost effective way to save on health care. To save money he will deny life prolonging medicine to those terminally ill. But what about Ted Kennedy?
Yes Master!

New laws for Lawmakers

Gingrich ran on a promise of reform with a list of promised the party was supposed to adhere to.

The trouble with promises from congress is that they control the voting. They will not reform themselves because they will lose their power and graft.

IT IS TIME FOR US TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.

1. Forget "Republican". How about a Freedom party?

2. Tell them they and we are now fiscal conservatives.

3. Tell them we demand the barest minimum government

4. The absolute least meddling in personal affairs.

5. Let the Heritage foundation find financial advisors plus five approved civilians to find a practical tax system. Then we vote.

5. Acknowledge state's rights in education - no federal involvement.

6. No bowing the UN - accept no laws from the m, or any other country, organization, etc., except our own.

6. No more money for the UN until our own situation is fixed.

7. Use the oil we have. Clean our coal without this cap and kill routine.

8. No more Earth Warming crap. Clean earth - we will work to make a clean earth but no EPA and endangered rats.

Let us each pick the best conservative men in each of our states whom we want to run. Make them sign this pledge under pain of dismissal from congress. There are one or two good men in congress, throw the rest of the bums out.

Repeal any of these budget busters Obama is passing.

No affirmative action.

No more Czars.

We need a strong voice - a strong leader with lots of donationa from each of us - Whom do you like? I like Gingrich. Intelligent, ideas, good speaker.

As kids, Catholics used to have mission boxes for the conversion of pagans - well, we can have mission boxes for the SAVING OF OUR REPUBLIC
