Was the Copenhagen Global Warming Summit Walk-Out a Win for the U.S.?

'IDIOTIC' WAR

Inside the Beltway caught up Tuesday with Noel Koch, a lifelong Republican and Ronald Reagan-appointed assistant secretary of defense and director of planning at the Pentagon, who has become a founding member of Veterans for Obama.

Why the switch?

"I've got a 4-year-old grandson, and I want a safer world for him to grow up," replies Mr. Koch, who upon leaving the Pentagon in 1986 became president of Trans Secure, a global security firm based near Washington.

A Vietnam War veteran, who later became a special assistant to Richard Nixon, Mr. Koch has come out against the war in Iraq, labeling it "idiotic."

"John [McCain] insists we have to win this, but he doesn't say what constitutes a victory," he points out. "We've broken our military, wrecked the reserves, we're plowing through our National Guard, and these [troops] are coming back home ... to face malignant neglect, like when I came back from Vietnam.

"We don't have the resources to get through this war, and that's before the financial costs."

Having dealt with terrorism in his Pentagon post, Mr. Koch says U.S. policy once was "you solve the problem by dropping bombs on it. But every time we killed one [terrorist] we created 10 more. I know it's not politically correct to say, but we've got to look at the root causes."

As for now supporting a Democrat for the White House, having been a registered Republican since the late 1950s, Mr. Koch says Barack Obama "shows a steady hand, understands what he wants to achieve, and from the beginning he's made it clear he wants to run a clean campaign."

Joseph Hussein Obama Stalin
Stealing or defacing political siqns may not seem like a big deal, but the people who do that are the types of people Obama will surround himself with once he has won the Presidency.

Obama is a modern day Joseph Stalin and these thugs are his jack booted leg-breakers. They, like Obama, have no respect for opposing points of view. Put a gun in their hands and they would have no compunction about blowing out the brains of any Obama dissenter ... just like Uncle Joe's buddies.

Communists, like Obama, always work the same way. They convince the poor, the low paid and the mentally deficient that their lives would be a bed of roses if only "the man" was stripped of his possessions and redistributed to them. Once the Communists have secured their power, these poor schlubs are among the first to be rounded up and eliminated. After all, they really don't contribute much to the communist collective anyway.

With an Obama presidency, a Democrat Congress and Senate, and a roomful of cowering, trembling Republicans, Obama and his communist allies will be free to make sure that no Conservative ever gets too up-ity.

Issues your undecided friends may not

know BHO's positions on:

he wants to increase taxes

he wants to grow government

he wants to reduce individual freedoms

he wants to appoint judges who rule based on their feelings instead of written law

he wants unrestricted abortion, including partial-birth abortion

he wants to advance the practice of same-sex sodomy

he wants more restrictive gun controls

he wants to surrender in Iraq

he wants to weaken the U.S. militarily.

Most undecideds wonder about one or more of these BHO policy positions. Educate them and if it is his past, help them understand the Ayers, Rezko, Rev. Wright and ACORN connections also.
