What was the biggest suprise of Election Day?



One of the most hideous ways the Internal Revenue Service usurps power and control over Americans is through its oppression over nonprofits, especially religious groups. Threatening to withdraw tax-exempt status and to levy penalties are just a couple of ways it exercises its tyranny.

For example, April 3, Catholic Answers, one of the nation's largest lay-run apologetic (or defense) ministries for the Catholic movement, filed suit in federal court against the IRS for violating its right to free speech.

What spurred on the lawsuit is that the IRS imposed fines on Catholic Answers because Catholic Answers' president, Karl Keating, wrote in one of his "E-letters" that 2004 presidential candidate John Kerry shouldn't be allowed to receive the Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion) because of his pro-abortion stance, advocacy and voting record. Whether you agree or not, Keating was voicing his conviction and opinion, which he has a First Amendment right to do. At no point did Catholic Answers even tell people for whom to vote or not to vote.

Does that letter-writing act sound like something that deserves IRS fines and further taxes?

You can imagine the long uphill battle that will ensue for Catholic Answers as it attempts to sue the IRS. Catholic Answers confesses that it is doing so "not just for (itself), but on behalf of non-profit organizations and churches all across the country that are constantly harassed, threatened, intimidated, and persecuted by the IRS." That is the reason it also is appealing to the public for donations.

Everything is wrong and ludicrous about this type of governmental action, from the dictatorial power of the IRS to the violations against American rights and freedoms. And two major historical inconsistencies emerge from these situations, as well. First, early in our country's formation, the pulpits were the conscience of this nation. Preachers never were restricted in their political voices in any way, per the First Amendment. In fact, clergy and politicians used the pulpits to rally support without threat of governmental intrusion or penalty. Continued...

Really?? Tell me once and for all -- are you that demented or are you just doing this for a laugh? How in your wildest dreams do you imagine Obama is personally doing this? Tell us how he's withholding food and water? I don't mean your opinion -- I mean tell us where you received that information and the actual workings of this plan.

Let me tell you something Geek. You can have your fun, but you're the perennial "boy who cried wolf." You literally lie all the time. All. The. Time. It's one thing to say "you think" but you've been outed on this before: You're an outright liar -- a fabricater who pulls information from the far reaches of his imagaination with no thought to the truth. AND, you claim it IS the truth. You state your rantings as if they were true. I told you this before when you wrote about your disgusting obsession with gay anal sex (Still on various columnist's comments section -- see for yourself) Your fantasies are NOT reality and your psychotic paranoid musings about Barack Obama havr taken a serious turn for the worse. Talk to your wife if you have one - if not --your boyfriend or significant whomever, see a doctor, check into a hospital but do something. Anyone who reads what you have written here would agree you are a seriously disturbed person in need of support.

Bureaucratic Despots
Only Deadbeats invite and welcome a Welfare State. As for Medicare, older retired citizens who worked for a living paid into this program and are entitled to the proceeds of the premiums they paid. The same goes for Social Security. Of course, the Liberal Democrat establishment, overtime, started using the Social Security fund to fund Welfare for those who never worked a day in their lives. Also, the Medicaid is Free Health Care for Mostly Deadbeats who never worked a day in their lives either.

I am all for eliminating Medicaid completely, and also the welfare programs that qualify deadbeats for this Free Medical Care. It is only free to the Recipients, but costs workers billions annually in taxes.

It is time to Abolish the U.S. Department of HHS, and also their state equivalents.

Here is the problem with a government agency or department being established to deal with a "perceived" social problem. Once the agency or department is established, the "perceived social problem" will never improve, and in fact is guaranteed to grow worse, as the agency or department becomes it's own empire and seeks growth by ever recruiting New Victims to serve, and in fact, creating new types and classes of victims to serve so that the Bureaucratic Empire can continue to expand in size, power and budgets. And, these government agencies create Addicts. Those dependent on government for their very existence become addicted to being taken care of and become slovenly and lazy and ungrateful deadbeats. And, like all deadbeat addicts, they are demanding and blame others for their problems.

The liberal democrats have Made the Federal Government the Primary Drug Dealer in supplying Addicts with their Fix of Government money that is extracted from workers. The liberal democrats have this down to a science, and that is how they gain and maintain power by enslaving Welfare Addicts and ever-recruiting new classes of victims as voting blocs.
