Fifth Circuit Says Switchblade Ban Violates Second Amendment

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a major ruling and a big blow to the Federal Switchblade Act, ruling the ban on those bladed arms violates the Second Amendment and setting up a circuit court split on the issue.
