As the left continues to embrace a more inclusive narrative toward Christmas, conservatives see it as emblematic of a larger war on Christmas and a disdain for the values that have shaped the United States.
However, since President-elect Donald Trump won the 2024 election in a landslide victory, the massive red tide works in all aspects.

During the annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign at the White House, Biden addressed the audience of kids by saying, “Happy Holidays.” However, multiple children corrected her, shouting back, “Merry Christmas!”
To which Biden replied, “Merry Christmas, yes.”

She concluded her remarks by appeasing both sides of the aisle, saying, “Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!”
