Senate Judiciary Cmte OKs Kagan Confirmation

The Senate Judiciary Committee has voted 13-6 in favor of Elena Kagan's Supreme Court confirmation. The vote was split largely down party lines, with Lindsey Graham

(RINO-S.C.) breaking ranks from the GOP to support her.

The next step in the high court nominee's confirmation process will be a vote before the full Senate, expected in early August.
