Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., is apparently not happy with the newest Apple iPhone's cell reception.  So, with the force of the U.S. Senate behind him, Schumer is

telling Apple they need to fix the problem:
Schumer, who expressed "concern" for the problem, says that the company needs to "to address this flaw in a transparent manner."

The senator, who serves as vice chairman of the Senate's Joint Economic Committee and the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, writes that iPhone 4 buyers, which may be as many as about two million people, may not have "complete information" about the device.
