The Man Eric Holder Let Off the Hook

As you'll recall, Attorney General Eric Holder ordered the Department of Justice to dismiss the Bush administration's voter-intimidation case against two New Black Panther Party members who stood outside a Philadelphia voting station during the 2008 presidential election.

The MSM largely ignored the case but thanks to now-former DoJ attorney J. Christian Adams, who resigned in outrage last week, the story is back in the news and public outrage is rightfully growing. And with a new news cycle comes new evidence of the NBPP's motives and lunatic "reasoning."

Where is the president on this one? As Holder ordered the DoJ to abandon the case, why doesn't President Obama order Holder to pursue it? This administration has called us "a nation of cowards..." What does this dereliction of duty make them?
