Are the 'Wealthy' Paying Their 'Fair Share'?
This week, secretary of state Hillary Clinton claimed that America's well-off aren’t paying their "fair share" in taxes.  Reason.tv, however, begs to differ:

Not only are the rich paying more than their fair share, almost half of the country isn’t paying income taxes at all.  But of course, progressives like Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama view this little fact as a mere technicality.
