Judiciary Committee, defended the constitutional merits of Obamacare on the grounds of the "good and welfare clause" and "a couple others."

Hmmm... I'm not familiar with the "good and welfare" clause.  But Rep. Conyers assures us it's legit because "scholars" he knows say so:
