Congratulations to Sgt. Jeremy Teela, a three-time Olympian and Utah National Guardsman, who finished ninth yesterday in the men's 10-kilometer biathlon at the Vancouver Winter Olympics.  Sgt. Teela's ninth place marks the best finish ever by a U.S. biathlete in the Winter Games.
